Item Sales Report

The Item Sales Report is Product performance and sales reporting at a granular level. Review your sales at an invoice and item-by-item level including:

The order number
All individual Products on the order
Product SKU and Product ID
The customer details (name and phone)
The salesperson

The Item Sales Report is perfect for reporting on all Customers that purchased a certain brand (or Product) e.g. targeted promotions, contact list of customers for product recalls etc.

To use the Item Sales Report:

Navigate to Reports > Product Performance > Item Sales Report
Select the Filters as required
Click Search
The results will be displayed
Click Export to Excel or Print if required
