The Product Report provides indicators on how individual products are selling for each Outlet. Using the report you can compare:
- The quantity available and on-order
- The number sold in month-to-date and year-to-date
- Cost vs value (for both Available and On-Order)

š Note: This report is limited to 10,000 lines in the results. Each product is displayed once per Outlet i.e. 1 product for 10 outlets will be 10 lines. If you have more than 10,000 lines you will need to use the filters to narrow your results.
To use the Product Report:
- Navigate toĀ Reports > Product Performance > Product Report
- Use theĀ PLUĀ field to search for specific products
Tip: To search for multiple products separate the product codes with a comma e.g. 124001, 124002
- Use the Filters inĀ Refine SearchĀ to narrow your resultsĀ
- ClickĀ Search
- The results will be displayed in a table
- To sort the resultsĀ click the arrows in the column headings to sort the results
- ToĀ resetĀ the sort order click the Refresh icon at the top
- ToĀ export, click the purpleĀ disk icon at the top and select the preferred format of the output file
