The Cross Sells and Upsells appear to staff on the Products tab in POS:

To manage Upsells and Cross Sells:
- Open Back Office
- Open a product for editing
Tip: You can enter a product code in the top right-hand corner, or navigate to Inventory > Product Search & Management to find a product that way.
- Click the Upsells & Cross Sells tab
- Click Add new Cross Sells button or Add new upsells
- Enter text into the Search Text field to search for matching products
Tip: You can enter multiple search terms into the box; it will also search the PLU codes e.g. 1240 and Top will include the product Ladakh Top with product ID 124001.
- Tick the box for the products to be added

- Use the Page Numbers at the bottom of the screen to view more products
- Click Add Selected
- Click Save Changes
