Style on Hand Inventory

You can monitor current stock levels organized by product style by accessing the Style On Hand Inventory Report, which shows available inventory grouped by style family across variants and locations. This report helps retail operators assess style-level stock positions, identify reorder needs, and maintain appropriate inventory depth across style collections to support customer demand.

Using the Style On Hand Inventory Report helps retail operators maintain adequate style representation, identify styles approaching stockout, and ensure customer choice across size and color options within popular style families.

The Style on Hand Inventory report allows you to track the availability of products by Manufacturer SKU and colour across your outlets. It provides basic Available and Stock on Hand values for an individual Manufacturer SKU by Colour.

This report gives a clear overview of both the available stock and the total stock on hand for each SKU, enabling you to efficiently manage inventory levels, identify potential stock shortages, and optimize your product distribution across stores.

Required Product Configuration

For a product to be grouped by Style Code (and appear on this report correctly) all products must meet the following rules:

Attributes must match for all products:
- Manufacturer SKU/Style Code must match for all products e.g. shoe123, shirtxyz
- Brand or Size OR Colour OR Season

Using the Style on Hand Inventory Report

To use the Style on Hand Inventory Report:

Navigate to Reports > Stock Reports > Style on Hand Inventory
Enter a Style Code (Manufacturer SKY) or leave blank to report on all styles
Tick 'Has Stock' to display results where there are products available at any store
Update the remaining Filters as required
Click Search
The results will be displayed
Click the icons in the toolbar to export the report
