I want our CSOs to be able to view product details in _cpanel but not edit them. The following permissions enable viewing: See item cost in product manager See item price in product manager But unfortunately also enable editing/updating through the string grid of these values. Cheers, John
Currently we have a list that shows customers all their previously ordered products. However sometimes peoples preferences change and there is no way to edit this list.
We would like customers to be able to add credit/reduce unpaid/ (even pay against outstanding invoices) at POS. At the moment, we can add credit to a customers' account in _cpanel to reduce their unpaid balance, and customers can settle outstanding invoices online through My Account, but there's no way to add credit/reduceā¦

there is a function to bulk add items to an eBay Listing Template but there is no bulk removable process.
For some reason Credits in neto resulting from overpayments are not automatically usable online or instore via POS. I find this quite odd and the instructions from support were to mark the neto credit as paid then manually enter it back in so it can then be usable by the customer. This is 100% a bug and needs to be fixed.ā¦
We have recently had a web site created to service both retail sales and also wholesale/trade businesses. The trade orders come through the Trade Outlet and source and fulfil from Trade inventory. This is correct and working fine. The retail orders come through to the Retail Outlet and source and fulfil from Retailā¦
Hi Maropost, In the last update there was a new API added below "A new optional field, OrderItemFulfilmentWHID, is available for each item in the OrderItems section of the OrderCreateByChannel request." I believe this may help with a fulfilment issue with certain online orders we are having but was hoping for an example orā¦
