You can add a photo to a customer record using a tablet with a built-in camera or a webcam connected to the POS computer.
Adding a Customer Photo
A customer photo can be added directly to the customer’s record.
Using a Tablet or Webcam
The easiest method is to use a tablet computer.
Hold the tablet up to the customer and take the photo using its built-in camera.
Alternatively, use a webcam or another suitable camera connected to the register.
Taking and Uploading the Photo
Use the available camera to take the customer’s photograph.
Select Choose File, then locate and select the photo saved on the device or computer.
Confirming the Customer Photo
Save the selected image.
The photo is added to the customer record.
