You can quickly adjust product quantities during sales transactions in Retail Express to accommodate customer needs efficiently, helping your retail operators process orders accurately while maintaining smooth checkout flow. This capability allows flexible quantity management whether customers are adding multiple items or adjusting their selections, which helps improve transaction speed and customer satisfaction.
Setting up efficient quantity adjustment workflows enables your retail team to handle bulk purchases and order modifications seamlessly, helping optimize point-of-sale operations and reduce checkout time. This helps retail operators respond quickly to customer quantity changes while maintaining accurate inventory tracking and order records.
To increase the quantity of a product on a sale you can either continue to scan the barcode, or if using the Search field use the + symbol.
If you wanted to increase the quantity for a product already added to the sale:
- Click the Qty field
- The field will change to an editable field
- Type the new value
- Click Enter on the keyboard or outside the box using the mouse
- The value will be updated
