The "Make Available" stage represents the final step in the Advanced Transfer process, marking the completion of the stock movement from one location to another within the inventory system. At this stage, the stock that was transferred is fully processed and updated in the system as ready for sale.
This ensures that the inventory is no longer classified as "in transit" or "pending" and is now considered part of the active stock at the destination outlet.
The "Make Available" stage is the last phase of the Advanced Transfer process, where the stock has been received and is available to sell.
Make a Transfer Available
To make a Transfer Available:
- Navigate to Inventory > Transfer Management > Make Available
- Update the Filters as required
- Click Search
- The results will be displayed
- Use the Column headings to sort the results before entering quantities
Sorting of the columns after you have begun to enter quantities will erase the entered quantities
- Update the quantity for the Transfer by either:
- Scan product barcodes directly into the PLU Scan field (each scan will increase the "Made Available" quantity by 1)
- Enter quantities directly into the Made Available field
- Click Copy Across to process in bulk (the Received Qty is copied into the Made Available field) - Click Save Changes

| Transfer Number | Entering a transfer number in this field will ignore all other search options. A transfer number that is not available to be moved to the Allocated status will return no results. |
| Transfer Type | Limit the results to only the ticked Transfer Type. Multiple options can be ticked |
