Enter a Due Date for a sale
You can enter a Due Date against a sale, used to track when customers would like their products to arrive. For example, if a customer is planning to be available on a specific date for the goods to arrive.
To enter a Due Date:
- Double click on a product
Tip: On mobile devices or touch screens press and hold on the line
- The Fulfilment Details window will open
- Click the Due Date field
- Enter a date in the format dd Mon YYYY e.g. 11 Feb 2019
📋 Note: If the information isn't in the correct date format the field will become blank when you exit the field and the data will not be saved
- To display a calendar picker click the Calendar icon and select a date
- Click Done
- The date will be displayed in the Fulfilment column
