Delivery Zones typically refer to areas your products will be delivered to (Suburbs etc), however, the flexibility of this feature means you can customise it to suit your business needs as required. Used in conjunction with Delivery Drivers and Delivery Times, the Delivery Zone can assist in organising and scheduling your required deliveries (managed using the Fulfilment Report).
 

Examples of Delivery Zones:

  • Suburbs
  • Regions
  • Specific Couriers
  • Known Delivery Routes

To manage your Delivery Zones:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Fulfilment Setup > Delivery Zones
  2. Enter a Name in the Delivery Zone field
  3. Click Create
  4. The Delivery Zone will be created in the table below
  5. Click the Pencil icon to edit the name
  6. Click the Trash Can icon to delete a Delivery Zone
