You can view current inventory positions across all products and locations by accessing the Stock List, which provides comprehensive on-hand quantity information for your entire product catalog. This essential inventory report helps retail operators assess overall stock positions, identify reorder needs, and verify inventory levels for purchasing and customer service inquiries.
Using the Stock List helps retail operators maintain current awareness of inventory positions, support customer availability inquiries, and make informed purchasing decisions based on accurate stock level visibility across retail locations.
The Stock List displays details on each of your products, with a separate line per product. The information displayed includes:
- Product Attributes
- Buy Prices
- Available and Allocated Stock
- Bin Locations
- and more
The Stock List has an extensive number of filters to target specific products as required.
To use the Stock List:
- Navigate to Reports > Stock Reports > Stock List
- Enter a PLU code (ProductID, SupplierSKU and ManufacturerSKU)
- Tick to Show Disabled Products if required
- The Currency to Display is based on the Countries you have configured in your database
- Update the remaining Filters as required
Hold Ctrl to select multiple options in the filter
- Click Search
- The results will be displayed
- Click to Export to Excel
- Click the column headings to sort the results
