A "Strike Through" is an indicator used to indicate a historical product on a sale where the quantity has been reduced to zero. It's designed to show the history of the sale to both the customer and staff. For example, if a product was replaced with a different product.
In order for a product to be crossed out, the following will need to take place:
- Product added to the sale
- Sale is finalised
- Sale is reopened
- Quantity of the product has been reduced to zero
- Sale updated
📋 Note: Products that have been fulfilled will need to be returned using the Refund/Exchange process.
