The Inventory Valuation Summary Report allows you to view and export your product stock quantity information, including stock quantities for the available, on-order, and transfer in and out stock buckets.
This report uses the same filters as the Inventory Valuation, however, COGS is also available across each stock status for review.
To access the Inventory Valuation Summary:
- Navigate to Reports > EOM Reports > Inventory Valuation Summary
- The Qty On Hand filter allows you to filter by a minimum quantity
- Update the remaining Filters as required
- Click the Search button located at the bottom left below the filters
- The Results will be displayed showing all individual items matching the filters
- To sort the report in ascending or descending order, click the arrows in the column headings
- Click the icons in the top-right-hand corner to export the report in an Excel spreadsheet or CSV
- Click Refresh to view the latest details
