The Stock Forecast Report provides detailed information on retail pricing, sales, inventory quantities and ordering information for each Outlet.
Considerations when using this report:
- this report will be exported to Excel, not displayed on-screen.
- a maximum of 2,500 products will be displayed per export
To access the Stock Forecast Report navigate to Reports > Stock Reports > Stock Forecast Report
Special Filters
Most of the filtering fields are self explanatory, however see the detailed information below for the more advanced fields.
Include Regions - un-tick to exclude completely from the results
Include Inventory Outlets? - un-tick to exclude completely from the results
Pricing Outlet - Pricing for a maximum of 5 individual outlets will be shown for outlets selected in the Pricing Outlet filter
Master Pricing Outlet - Pricing for the selected Outlet will be used in the product pricing fields, such as Supplier Buy and COGS.
Group Inventory Outlet - Aggregated inventory, purchase order, and sales information will be shown for all Outlets selected. Also used to calculate inventory figures in the Required To Order section results
Inventory Outlet - Inventory for a maximum of 5 individual outlets will be shown for selected Outlets
Region - A regional breakdown of inventory and sales for a maximum of 10 regions will be shown for selected Regions
Apply filtering as required > click Search > Open or Save the report.
