The Supplier Report is one of the top recommended reports, designed to assist in review of Supplier performance. Using the Supplier Report you can identify your top performing (and under performing) suppliers, and review sales $ and Stock Value. You may wish to use the Supplier Report as a supplement to the Supplier Statement when summary information is required.
Suppliers that are not listed as the default Supplier for products will be excluded from results.
Using the Supplier Report
To use the Supplier Report:
- Navigate to: Reports > Supplier Reports > Supplier Report
- Select your Report Type (refer to the Report Type section below for a detailed explanation on each option)
- Update the Filters as required
- Click Search
- The Report will be displayed as per the selected Report Type e.g. Supplier Summary below
- Use the icons on the right of the header to export to Excel if required

Report Type
- Supplier Summary - summary for each supplier of: Qty sold, sales $, Margin, GP % and Stock Value.
- Supplier by Product Type - summary for each Supplier as above, separated by Product Type
