Announcing the new Back Office Dashboard
We're excited to announce the release of our new Back Office Dashboard.
The Dashboard is available right from Back Office, making it easier than ever to get the information you need quickly to make informed business decisions.
This feature will be available to all Retail Express users by 20th April 2022.
Highlights
The new Trend Indicators highlight whether there has been a positive change (green) or negative change (red) for data comparison.
Filter by Instore vs Online sales, or use the Date Range options to compare all sales by previous periods or previous years.
Comprehensive range of reports
We've included the most vital and frequently- requested reports, so you can view your data easily with only a few clicks of the mouse.
We've added a new tab to the dashboards - Fulfilments. On this tab, you'll be able to see at a glance whether your customers prefer Pickup or Delivery, and how that changes over time (great for anticipating peak sale periods).
The Customers tab provides a handy overview of your customers, including whether you're capturing customer data for sales ("Names" sales), the rate of repeat customers, and your top 20 customers by revenue.
Accessing the new Back Office Dashboard
To access the Dashboard click the "Dashboard" button from the menu at the top of Retail Express Back Office.
