Retail Express creates Shopify-specific order source, salesperson and payment-type values. These values can be used to identify Shopify transactions in the Sales Report, Income Report, Fulfilment Report and POS Dashboard.

Retail Express provides Shopify-specific filters that make it easier to identify and review orders received through the Shopify Connector. You can report on Shopify activity through several standard Back Office reports and access a high-level sales summary from the POS Dashboard.
Shopify-Specific Reporting Filters
Retail Express creates several custom values for Shopify transactions:
- A Shopify order source
- A Shopify salesperson
- A Shopify payment type
These filters are available in several standard Retail Express reports, including:
- Sales Report
- Income Report
- Fulfilment Report
- POS Dashboard
Use these values with the standard report filters to isolate transactions created through Shopify.
Sales Report
Open the Sales Report and apply the standard filters required for the report, such as the sales date range.
You can then filter the results using either:
- The Shopify order source
- Shopify Integration as the salesperson
Run the report to display the matching Shopify sales.
Each invoice appears separately in the results. The salesperson associated with the Shopify transactions is identified in the report as Shopify.
Income Report
Open the Income Report and enter the required standard filters, such as:
- Payment date
- Payment Outlet
Select the Shopify payment option from the available payment-method filters, then run the report.
Each matching invoice is displayed separately in the results. Shopify Integration is shown as the salesperson associated with the transactions.
Fulfilment Report
Open the Fulfilment Report and enter the required order date range.
To locate Shopify orders, select either:
- Shopify as the order source
- Shopify Integration as the salesperson
Run the report to display Shopify orders that match the selected fulfilment criteria.
POS Dashboard
The POS Dashboard provides quick access to high-level Shopify sales reporting directly from POS.
Open the dashboard and select the required sales date range.
Sales associated with Shopify Integration are displayed alongside sales recorded against other staff members.
