If you encounter any issues with Label Printing, or you're instructed by the support team, you may find that restarting the Retail Express Hardware Utility Service can resolve the issue.
The Utility can be restarted either from the Windows Services app, or directly within the Utility itself.

Restarting using the Services App
- Click the Start menu
- Type Services
- Open 'Services'

- Find 'Retail Express Hardware Service'
- Press 'Restart'

- Log out of POS
- Log into POS

- Type Retail
- Open Retail Express Hardware Utility app
