Due to multiple locations, and online returns instore - our customer service and retail teams often have to change the Return Stock warehouse. We have no way to report on this in bulk to check everything has been returned to the correct location.

Send-Time Optimization (STO) functionality isn't currently built into the journey builder. We're interested in using STO to improve engagement by delivering emails in the journeys at the optimal days and times for each contact, based on their individual email opening habits.
