Filter/suppress contacts by tags (not segments)
You should be able to filter, suppress, or target contacts based on their tags but WITHOUT creating a segment. This should apply for both campaign targeting/exclusions AND journey's (the yes/no filter should allow you to filter by tags). This would eliminate HUNDREDS of unnecessary segments.
