POTENTIAL SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION GOING FORWARD
The site needs to have improvements made to security. The system is open to being used for fraudulent activity.
Please consider:
•Locking orders once invoiced to prevent edits
•Locking prior financial periods to avoid reconciliation issues
•Enhanced audit controls to prevent unauthorized changes
We have had situations where an order that has gone to invoice (legal document) has then been changed. The original invoice total is now different in the system due to the changes made. This is technically fraudulent activity as whoever is changing an already issued invoice are tampering with a legal document. This is a big flaw in your system.
This was originally raised to your support team and they advised to raise this as a job.
