Note: A personalized dashboard is tied to a user account and is available to the user across multiple accounts.

Calendar
The Calendar widget makes it easier to view all your scheduled campaigns for the month. You can click on a date to see the details of the campaigns scheduled for that day. Click the link icon against the campaign detail to go to its performance page.
Performance Summary
The Performance Summary widget shows you how your email campaigns are performing over time through a visual summary. It provides essential details related to campaign delivery and performance such as sends, deliveries, opens and clicks, bounces, and complaints. You can use the filter drop-down menu to select the period for which you want to see the summary.
Contact Search
The Contact Search widget enables you to query and search for your contacts with minimal clicks. On this widget, you can search for email contacts as well as SMS contacts.
Searching for Email Contacts:
When searching for an email contact, you must enter the complete email address of the contact. If a match is found, you'll be redirected to the Email contact overview page where you can see and manage the contact details.
Searching for SMS Contacts:
When searching for SMS contacts, you must enter the mobile number in the full international format, i.e., plus sign (+) followed by the country code, city code, and phone number. If a match is found, you'll be redirected to the SMS contact overview page where you can see and manage the contact details.
The SMS contact search feature is available only if:
- The account has access to the SMS feature.
- The user has access to the SMS feature.
- The "From Number" is set up for the account in the Admin panel.
Recent Sent Campaigns
The Recent Sent Campaigns widget is a great way to see the status and track the performance of your most recent campaigns. You can use the action menu to quickly duplicate a campaign and view the campaign report metrics. If you have enabled "Revenue Tracking," this widget displays the related revenue as a column.
ISP Report
The ISP Report shows you all the deliverability data for your campaigns over a period that is categorized based on various domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and so on. The ISP reports are generated for all the ISPs to which you send campaigns and can help you identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues faster.
Recent Updated Lists
The Recent Updated Lists widget shows you the lists that have been updated within a specific timeframe. If you have multiple lists and campaigns running at the same time, then this widget can help you keep track of updates to the lists.
Email Address by Domain
The Email Address by Domain widget helps you understand your customer base by viewing the breakdown per domain. Our Deliverability team continuously monitors all usage updates made by these ISPs to ensure that your emails adhere to new rules and your deliverability is always top-notch.
Total Campaign Revenue
The Total Campaign Revenue widget shows you the total revenue generated from all your campaigns.
Email Usage
The Email Usage widget enables you to see your email utilization. You can use the radio button to toggle between the monthly and annual usage data. The "Contract Annual Usage" option shows the annual email usage and is calculated starting from your contract start date up until the current date.
Email Volume
The Email Volume widget shows you the email volume in a waveform. You can see the campaigns that have been sent and delivered over a period of time.
SMS Volume
The SMS Volume widget shows the volume of SMS over a period of time. The data includes both sent and received SMSes and is shown in the following categories:
- Outbound: Shows all the sent messages (including both delivered and failed ones).
- Inbound: Shows all the received messages (including messages with both valid and invalid mobile keywords).
In addition to showing a total count of outbound and inbound SMS for a selected period, the widget also shows the daily count for that period in the form of a line chart.
Average Contact Lifecycle
The Average Contact Lifecycle widget shows the average lifecycle (in the number of days) of all your subscribed contacts. The information can help you monitor your contacts' behavior towards your marketing campaigns or branding promotions.
Subscriber Summary
The Subscriber Summary widget shows the overall growth summary of your account including the count of new subscribers and unsubscribers along with the lifetime total data.
Engagement
The Engagement metric shows an insight into user interaction with your application. The users’ app engagement is a critical data point for business owners to judge the performance of the app. This widget shows you the time spent by users of iOS and Android on the app and their engagement. If you notice that people are in fact spending a lot of time on the app, but are not contributing to sales, it might be time for a UI/UX update for the app.
Push Session Tracking Summary
The mobile's Push Session Tracking Summary widget provides you with a summary of mobile device sessions based on applications and operating systems.
Mobile App Analytics
The Mobile App Analytics widget shows you the session-by-session breakdown of your application users. You can choose to view data from a certain time frame and compare the app performance across iOS and Android. The widget also allows you to see both unique and new users which can help you sharpen your In-App promotion campaigns and notifications.
Opens and Clicks Source
The Opens and Clicks Source widget enables you to view the percentage of opens and clicks based on whether they originate from data centers (denoted as "Data Center") or non-data centers (denoted as "Other"). You can use the drop-down menu to select the period for which you want the data.
