Surveys allow you to gather customer feedback, opinions, and other information that can help you better understand customer preferences and improve future marketing initiatives. You can create surveys, manage survey questions, preview the customer experience, and review submitted responses from a single location.
Managing Surveys
The Surveys page displays all surveys created in your account, alongside their response count, status, creation date, and last updated date.
This feature is accessible from the navigation panel, under Marketing > Acquisition > Surveys.
The index page lists every survey form created for the account, along with the following details for each form:

- Survey Questions: Lets you modify (add, edit, reorder, or remove) survey questions.
- Reports: Review survey responses and response statistics.
- Edit Survey: Lets you configure the survey settings.
- Delete All Responses: Permanently removes all responses while keeping the survey.
- Delete Survey Permanently: Permanently removes both the survey, its responses, and its underlying records.
- Create a Duplicate Survey: Creates a copy of an existing survey for future use.
