đź“‹ Note: All customers including those with or without purchases are imported. However, customers without any email addresses are not imported.
Managing the Integration
In Navigation, go to INTEGRATIONS. On the Integrations page, select UltraCart. On the UltraCart Integration page, you can add new integration and manage the existing integrations.

Adding a New Integration
Perform the following steps:
- On the UltraCart Integration page, click ADD.
- In the Add Integration dialog box, enter the following information:
- Name: Name for the integration.
- Merchant ID: Your merchant ID from your UltraCart account.

- Click CONNECT.
Now, you will see this cart when creating a new list or editing any existing list in Marketing Cloud. To associate the cart to the list, select the cart (you can also enter specific Product IDs/Items you want to be integrated into this list) and then click Save. When an order is placed in UltraCart, the contact information will be automatically saved into this Marketing Cloud list.
