You can use email content statistics to enable data-driven decisions about your email marketing performance and measure campaign effectiveness across different content pieces. Content statistics help optimize your marketing effectiveness by identifying which content resonates best with your subscribers. When properly analyzed, these metrics can enhance your content strategy and typically lead to better campaign performance through data-informed content optimization.
The email content's "Statistics" dashboard gives a quick summary of your content usage and engagement.
On the Email Content index page, you can use any of the following options to navigate to the statistics:
- Click the email content name. Then, select the Statistics tab.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, select Preview Content. Then, select the Statistics tab.
Besides a bar graph showing user engagement with the content, the dashboard consists of the following quick insight cards:
- Sent Campaigns: Indicates the total number of sent campaigns that included the content.
- Total Sends: Indicates the total number of sent emails that included the content.
- Total Opens: Indicates the number of times the content-specific emails were opened.
- Clicks: Indicates the number of times the links in the content-specific emails were clicked.
