You can configure your account's timezone to ensure your email campaigns are scheduled and delivered at optimal times for your target audience. This helps optimize campaign effectiveness by sending messages when your subscribers are most likely to engage, while also improving your reporting accuracy by aligning campaign data with your business hours and local market expectations.
When properly configured, timezone settings streamline your workflow by automatically handling campaign scheduling across different regions and ensuring your analytics reflect accurate timing for performance analysis. This approach helps ensure your marketing messages reach recipients at the most effective times for your business objectives.
Maropost Marketing Cloud users can select the timezone for their account. This enables you to set your account timezone to your local or preferred timezone and thereby manage campaign scheduling and reporting more efficiently.
Note: If you are a new Marketing Cloud user or have not previously updated your account timezone, the default timezone is EST (UTC-04:00).
