The archiving functionality is available for the following items: Campaign Tag, Contact List, Segment, Content, and Dynamic Content. On the index page
You can see and manage your archived items on the Archives page. The Archives page is available from the Navigation – in Navigation, go to ARCHIVE.

On this page, you can use the filter on the top-right corner of the page to view all the archived items of a certain type, such as only campaign tags or only contact lists.
For each archived item, the following actions are available from the Actions drop-down menu:
- Unarchive: Moves the archived item to the active status.
- Delete: Deletes the archived item permanently.
You can also access the Archives page from the index pages of the supported items – click the VIEW ARCHIVES button next to the page heading.
Note: To archive an item, use the Archive option available on the Actions drop-down menu of the respective item. For example, if you want to archive an email content, then go to the Email Content index page. Select the content, You want to delete. And then from the Actions drop-down menu, select Archive Content.
