The Preference Management feature enables you to design custom preferences that can be included in the custom footers of your email campaigns.
Each preference page is intended to provide your contacts with a specific option to manage their preference, for example, managing which lists they want to subscribe to, updating their profile information, a single-click unsubscribing from all lists, reporting spam, etc.
The Preference Management Index page (In Navigation > Audience > Preference Management) is the starting page on which you can create and manage the following preference pages:
