Integration with 1ShoppingCart

📋 Note: All customers including those with or without purchases are imported. However, customers without any email addresses are not imported.

Managing the Integrations

From the Navigation panel, go to Integrations. On the Integrations page, select 1ShoppingCart. On the 1ShoppingCart Integration page, you can add new integrations and manage the existing integrations.

Acquiring Merchant ID and Merchant Key

To add a new 1ShoppingCart Integration, you need to first acquire your Merchant ID and Merchant Key. Follow the steps below, before you proceed to add a new integration.

To get your Merchant ID, either visit the Account section or you can find the Merchant ID at the top right corner of the Admin Panel.
To acquire your Merchant Key, visit the Account section and click on API Settings.
Copy the key from the given field and paste it into your 1ShoppingCart integration in Maropost Marketing Cloud. If you generate a new key in the future, you'll have to paste and again configure the 1ShoppingCart integration on your Marketing Cloud account.

Adding a New Integration

Perform the following steps:

On the 1ShoppingCart Integration page, click ADD.
In the Add Integration dialog box, enter the following information:
- Name: Name for the integration.
- Merchant ID: Your merchant ID on your 1ShoppingCart account.
- Merchant Key: Your merchant Key on your 1ShoppingCart account.
Click CONNECT.

Now, you will see this cart when creating a new list or editing any existing list in Marketing Cloud. To associate the cart to the list, select the cart (you can also enter specific Product IDs/Items you want to be integrated into this list) and then click Save.

Verifying the 1ShoppingCart Integration

Configuring and Verifying 1ShoppingCart’s Instant Notification URL:

To configure your Notification URL, visit the 1ShoppingCart Integration page on your Maropost Marketing account. Copy the Notification URL of an unverified integration.
Log in to your 1ShoppingCart account, go to Account, and select API Settings.
Paste the URL in the Notification field and click on Save.

If it's working, the Notification URL gets verified. After the verification, you will be notified to verify the changes you have made. Once the checks have been carried out, the integration verification process is completed.
