Journey Reports enable you to measure the effectiveness of your automated email workflows and identify which customer journey touchpoints drive the best engagement. This helps optimize your marketing automation strategy by showing how each step in your customer journey performs, allowing you to refine messaging and timing for better results.
When properly analyzed, journey performance data can substantially improve engagement by revealing which automated sequences nurture leads most effectively and deliver timely, relevant content that moves customers through your marketing funnel.
The Journey Reports provide detailed information on how the campaigns from a particular journey are performing. A journey report includes campaigns created within a particular journey by using the Send Email journey action.

The Journey Reports index page lists all your journey reports along with their important statistics, such as sent, delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, total revenue, last updated, etc. To access this index page, go to Analytics from the Navigation panel and select Journey Reports.

Click to expand a Journey Report to see the metrics for the individual campaigns within the Journey. You can further click the campaign name to navigate to the detailed campaign report. To learn more about the campaign report structure and the report data, see Email Campaign Reports.
