Journey Reports

To learn more about the journey actions, see Journey Actions.

The Journey Reports index page lists all your journey reports along with their important statistics, such as sent, delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, total revenue, last updated. To access this index page, in Navigation, go to ANALYTICS, and select Journey Reports.

Click to expand a Journey Report to see the metrics for the individual campaigns within the Journey. You can further click the campaign name to navigate to the detailed campaign report. To learn more about the campaign report structure and the report data, see Email Campaign Reports.
