đ Note: The Brand Management feature is activated by request.
Points to Remember:
âď¸ When you select a particular brand in the campaign builder, all the lists associated with that brand get selected by default. You then have the option to choose all, some, or none of these pre-selected lists.
âď¸ There are specific unsubscribe and âDo Not Mailâ rules with regards to branded campaigns:
- Hard Bounce â Adds the contact to both a brandâs DNM list and the general DNM list. It will also mark that contact as âhard bouncedâ in all lists that the contact is subscribed to. If the contact is also either active or paused in any journey, then its flow through the journey will end immediately and its status is set to âhard bouncedâ.
- Spam Complaint â Adds the contact to both a brandâs DNM list and the general DNM list. It will mark a contact as a âcomplainedâ in all lists that the contact is subscribed to. If the contact is also either active or paused in any journey, then its flow through the journey will end immediately and its status is set to âcomplainedâ.
- Never Mail Me Again â Adds the contact to a brandâs DNM list. It will mark a contact as âunsubscribedâ in all lists that are associated with the same brand as the campaign that the contact is subscribed to. If the contact is also either active or paused in any journey, then its flow through the journey will end immediately and its status is set to âunsubscribedâ.
- Unsubscribe From All â It will mark a contact as âunsubscribedâ in all lists that are associated with the same brand as the campaign that the contact is subscribed to. If the contact is also either active or paused in any journey, then its flow through the journey will end immediately and its status is set to âunsubscribedâ.  The contact will be added to the brandâs DNM list ONLY if the option is enabled for the account.
- 1-Click Unsubscribe â It will mark a contact as âunsubscribedâ in all lists that are associated with the same brand as the campaign that the contact is subscribed to. If the contact is also either active or paused in any journey, then its flow through the journey will end immediately and its status is set to âunsubscribedâ.  The contact will be added to the brandâs DNM list ONLY if the option is enabled for the account.
- Added to Brand DNM via manual entry or list import â It will mark a contact as âunsubscribedâ in all lists that are associated with the same brand as the campaign that the contact is subscribed to. If the contact is also either active or paused in any journey, then its flow through the journey will end immediately and its status is set to âunsubscribedâ.
âď¸ If a contact is in different lists associated with different Brands and complains about an email sent through a specific Brand, then the contact is added to the DNM list of that specific Brand but the status of contact in other Brands' DNM list is not impacted.
