In fact, you can even use POS on the iPad, which means your staff can roam around the store to serve your customers, or you can add additional registers in times of peak periods (and includes the ability to use hardware connected to another PC to print receipts etc).

Frequently Asked Questions
If you encounter an error when opening POS, you will need to clear the iPad's cache - the temporary storage space for Safari.
The cache allows Safari to open a previously visited web page without having to reload the page from scratch - it saves parts of it in the memory. If the page has been updated and the cache is invalidated, you may encounter this error.
Error While Updating
Either you are not connected to the internet or your browser has an issue. Please clear your browser cache (typically you can do this by pressing Ctrl+Shift_Del and select all options then click Remove) and try again.
To resolve the issue you will need to:
- On the iPad click the Settings app
- Click the Safari menu
- Click Clear History and Website Data
- Click Clear
