Release Notes v3.15.1 - POS and Back Office
In this release we've made a small number of improvements and resolutions to Retail Express.
This update will be made available to all customers between 7th February - 15th February.
Improvements
Special Orders Report
We've added some additional features to the Special Orders Report.
- The customer's Email address is now displayed in the Results tab

- Added Order Source and Sales Channels (Web Stores) to the Filter options

Help & Support Menu
We've updated the Back Office "Help & Support" menu to make it more useful!

With the new menu update, you can now access important information faster than ever, including:
- Product Portal (to view our development roadmap, and provide feedback on ideas)
- Announcements (stay up-to-date with the latest news and Release Notes)
- Training Academy
- Contact Support (although you can also reach support directly from the "Help" button now available in the Back Office)
Please note we've also renamed several options:
- "Implementation" has been renamed to "Onboarding Console"
- "My Retail Express Invoices and Payments" has been renamed to "My Account"
Access the new menu by clicking the Help & Support menu in Back Office.

Resolutions
- The Franchise Connect Sync History report can now be run successfully without timeout errors
