Adobe Flash End-of-Life

Adobe has announced support for Adobe Flash is coming to an end as at 31st of December 2020. Read on to see what impact this will have within Retail Express and what's changing.
What are the impacts?
Adobe has announced they will stop distributing and updating Flash Player after 31st of December 2020. (Related: Adobe Flash EOL General Information Page).
Retail Express uses Flash in two areas of the system - the Dashboard in Back Office, and the Zebra Label Presets. The Presets area is where you can design the layout of the labels printed using the Zebra Label Printers.

Feature Updates:
As a result of the discontinuation of Flash, we will be updating both the Back Office Dashboards and Zebra Label Presets page.
Mobile Dashboards still remain fully available.
The same great functionality will be available in both areas, but with an updated look-and-feel.
What do you need to do?
There's nothing you need to do - these features will be rolled out to your system automatically.
