As part of our ongoing Maropost Unified Login initiative, we’re rolling out a refreshed login experience for Back Office. This marks the first step toward a more streamlined and secure login process across Maropost platforms.
What’s Changing:
- You’ll notice a new look and feel during login.
- The password field is no longer visible initially.
- After entering your User ID and clicking Login, you’ll be redirected to a Maropost-branded interim page where you’ll enter your full credentials before being taken to Back Office.
- This redirect is expected and part of the new login flow.
Why It Matters:
- This update lays the foundation for future enhancements, including multi-factor authentication and unified access across Maropost products.
What You Need to Do:
- Continue logging in as normal—no changes to your credentials or process.
- If you see the Maropost-branded page during login, rest assured it’s part of the new experience. There is a screenshot below of the pages, so you'll know what to expect.
