Manually Approve Website Customer Accounts

Maropost Commerce automatically approves new customer account registrations. You can change this setting for Retail and Wholesale customers, allowing staff to manually to verify every registration before they can order from the webstore.

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Settings & Tools > All Settings & tools.
Click on the Customers tab from the left hand side navigation menu, and click Customer Settings.
Here you can toggle whether or not you wish customers to be automatically approved when they sign up.
Save Changes.
To enable the user, simply navigate to Customers > View customers & prospects. Find and edit the customer you wish to make changes to.
On the top right hand side, click the Active button on the top right hand side and save changes.
