Custom Invoice Template
Before you can assign a custom template to customers, it first needs to be added to your site files. The easiest way to do this is to request sftp access to your site, and copy the existing invoice template. You can then edit the HTML/ source code (you will typically require HTML or web design skills to do this) to your requirements. The Maropost Commerce Cloud Developer Documentation contains more information on Invoices.
If you're not familiar with HTML, you can have an approved Maropost Commerce partner create the templates for you.
