Set up the Sales Follow Up Email Add-on
In your Neto by Maropost control panel click the Addons menu.
In the marketing section find the Sales Follow Up Email add-on and click the Install button.
- Default order date field used in follow up email- Choose the date to use for the follow up email. Must be one of Date Paid, Date Placed, Date Required, Date Invoiced or Default.
- Number of days to send order follow up email- Enter the number of days from when the order was shipped what you want the followup email to be sent.
- Send follow up email for first order only- Prevents follow up emails for each order a customer places.
- Order type allowed to send follow up email- The order types you wish to send follow up emails to. Select all to send to all order types.
- Customer group allowed to send follow up email- The customer groups you want to send follow up emails to. Select all to send to all customers (Requires theCustomer Groups add-on).
Set when a follow up email is sent, and who they go to:
Click the Install button to complete the set up.
