To install the Serial Tracking add-on:

In your Maropost Commerce control panel select the Addons menu.

In the product management section, find the Serial Tracking add-on and click the Install button.

Confirm by clicking the Install button in the pop-up that appears.
Once installed, the Serial Tracking option will appear in the Naming & Visibility section of the product detail in the control panel:
When processing an order for a serial tracked product, there will be an option to enter the serial number of the product for warranty purposes.
Once a serial number is saved against an orderline, you can view it by clicking the + icon on the left hand side of the orderline. You can also turn on the advanced config SHOW_ITEM_SERIAL_ON_OPT, to display any serial number that has been saved by default.
This can be found in Settings & Tools > All Settings & Tools. Click on Advanced Configuration and search in the name field. Change this to Yes.
