Overview
With the Smartarget WhatsApp - Contact Us add-on you can add a small icon on the bottom-right corner of your website with your phone number and short message, such as Contact us or Message us. When the user clicks on the icon a WhatsApp tab will open for web and chat with you.

Install and Set up the Smartarget WhatsApp - Contact Us Add-on

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to the Addons menu.

In the Support & Live Chat section find the Smartarget WhatsApp - Contact Us add-on and click the Install button.
You’ll be redirected to the Smartarget dashboard to authenticate or create your account.

Follow the steps in the Smartarget guide to configure the add-on settings..

Click on Save settings to apply your changes.
