Name the new category Letters and Save & Close.

To add our shipping category, navigate to Shipping > Shipping Options.

Click on Letters to edit the shipping option.

Click Add Shipping Category and add Letters for both drop-down menu options. Click Save & Close.

-
Now go back to the Shipping Options page and edit your remaining shipping setups. Simply add Letters as a shipping category and populate the drop-down menu's as above. This will allow letters to be posted with other bigger items.
-
Now that your shipping options and categories are setup, you need to identify products which are only to be shipped by letter. To do this, navigate to Products > View Products and edit product you wish to make changes to.
-
Click the Shipping tab section and select Letters as the Shipping Category and save changes. Repeat for any other products you wish to send as letters.

-
Now that this is complete, your product will be marked as a ‘letter’ shipping option during the pick, pack and dispatch process.
