Automatically Apply Discounts to Customers

Set a permanent fixed percentage discount on the customer card

You can define a set percentage off discount amount per customer that automatically applies to a customers order. This discount percentage will be in addition to any other discounts and will apply to all products.

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Customers > View Customers & prospects.
Search for the customer and open the customer card
Click on the Payment Details ;tab.
Enter a discount percentage amount in the Default Discount Percentage field.

Note: This discount will only be applied if the customer is logged in. In this example, the customer will receive 10% off all prices site-wide.
Save the changes.
