Item specifics allow you to display structured easy to find information about products. They consist of two parts, the specific name, and value. Specific names will be common across many products (e.g. size, colour, manufacturer). The values are used to provide the product information. For example, a bed may have size as a specific name, and queen as the specific value. They're also used to identify variation products.
Specifics are particularly important for sales channels like Catch and Amazon, as they will often be required to list your product.
