SmartrMail Overview
SmartrMail
is an email marketing application tool that automatically sends personalised shopping-related emails and integrates directly with Neto.
Different customer groups can be identified by categories such as:
- Email engagement
- Order recency
- Purchase history
- Date/day added to your list
- Total orders
- Total spend
Targeted emails can then be sent to a different cross sections of customers in your email list, including:
- new sign ups
- valued customers
- inactive subscribers and
- customers who have purchased specific items.
Features:
- Automatically send personalised, curated product emails
- Compose email newsletter five times faster with in-app product lookup.
- Automate welcome emails, win-back campaigns, cross-sell recommendations etc.
Set up SmartrMail
- In your Neto control panel click on Addons.
- Find the SmartrMail addon and click the Install button.
- Confirm by clicking Install again.
SmartrMail will now be installed and linked to your Neto control panel. To access SmartrMail, navigate to Marketing > Email Marketing.
Turn off Abandoned Cart Emails in Neto
SmartrMail can handle abandoned cart emails automatically using the Abandoned Cart Saver add-on. This add-on needs to be installed, with the Send abandoned cart customer email setting inactive.
Please Note: If this add-on is installed already, you will still need to follow these steps to ensure Neto is not sending abandoned cart emails.
- In your Neto control panel, click the Addons link from the menu.
- Click on the Marketing link within the Add-on Store menu.
- Click the Install button beneath the Abandoned Cart Saver option.
Please Note: If you already have this module installed, continue to the next step.
- Clear the Send abandoned cart customer email checkbox to ensure Smartr Mail sends emails and not Neto.
- Click the Install button.
