Set up the Wufoo Form Builder Add-on
To install and set up the Wufoo Form Builder add-on:

Create an account with Wufoo. They have both free and paid plans.

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Settings & tools > All settings & tools.

Search for Content types manager and click it.

Click Forms.

Select the Show in control panel menu check box and click the Save button.

Click the Addons menu.

In the content management section, find the Wufoo Form Builder add-on and click the Install button.

Click the Install button in the pop-up window that appears.
Once installed a Forms selection will appear in the content pages (blog posts, brands, buying guides, forms, information pages, product categories and custom content types).
Click on the Add New button. A popup window will appear. If this is the first time you have used this feature, you will be asked to log into Wufoo, otherwise you will see a list of forms you have already created. You can create a new form or chose from one of the suggested forms that Wufoo have created.
When you select the form it will be saved with the page details.
To display the Wufoo form on your page, you will need to add the tag [@content_wufoo_form@] to the page template. Your web designer or Maropost Commerce partners can make this change for you.
