As an approved Neto by Maropost partner, you will provide services to Neto merchants, which may require access to their control panel, their site template files via SFTP, or both.
Requesting Access to Merchant Site
The process to have access granted to you for a merchant’s control panel and/or site template files is as follows:
- Inform the merchant that they will need to submit the Request Webstore Access form.
- Upon submission, the request is reviewed by the Neto partner team and approved if the relevant verification criteria are met.
- Once approved, you will receive an email notification informing you that you now have access to the merchant’s site.
Note: Requests are processed between 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, and will normally be completed within 1 business day. If your request has not been processed within this time frame and you would like to follow up, please feel free to contact the Partner Support team.
For your security and the security of the merchant you are working with, Neto does not recommend that you request a merchant to set up a staff user account for you to gain access to their control panel or site template files. Instead, you should follow the process outlined above at all times.
Once you have been granted partner access, you can log into the merchants control panel or SFTP server using your existing Partner User credentials.
Reach out to Partner Support if you require additional Partner Users created.
If you require personal partner credentials for a particular merchants project - for example, a password protected import/export feed - these must be arranged and provided by the merchant. Note that control panel access and SFTP access are separate in this instance.
