Always stay abreast of stock that is getting low by receiving timely notifications when product inventory reaches a defined level.
Set up Low Stock Alerts
To install and set up the Low Stock Alerts add-on:

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Addons.

Find the Low Stock Alerts add-on and click the Install button.

Products will now have additional fields to configure the stock levels when alerts occur:
- Restock Qty
- Reorder Qty
- Restock Warning Level
Populate these fields for individual products or in bulk using the import wizard.

Once the stock on hand reaches these levels, the product will appear on the Inventory Restock Report which is accessed from the Reports menu.

Navigate to the Webstore > Webstore Settings page.

In the out of stock warnings section, enable the alerts you would like to receive.

Check that the system email address to receive these emails is correct in the Settings & Tools > Business Details page.
