Before you begin, ensure you have completed the steps to integrate your Amazon Australia account with Maropost Commerce.
When a sales order from Amazon is dispatched, Maropost Commerce sends the courier name and tracking information to Amazon. Amazon then displays this to your buyer, so they can track their order. To ensure the correct carrier name is sent through, follow the steps below:
-
In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Shipping > Shipping Options.
-
Locate a shipping option which will be used for Amazon orders, and click on the link under the Service/Rates column.
-
In the Marketplace carrier mapping section, select your Amazon AU shipping carrier from the drop down menu. If your carrier is not in the list, select Other and type the name of the carrier in exactly.
Tip: Australia Post and StarTrack shipping should be set to Other. If the tracking number is 10 - 16 characters long use Australia Post-Consignment
/StarTrack-Consignment
, while 20 - 23 digit numbers use Australia Post-ArticleID
/StarTrack-ArticleID
.

-
Click the Save & Close button. Repeat these steps for any other shipping options you use to dispatch Amazon orders.
