Overview
Disputify sits invisibly on your Neto webstore checkout to track your Stripe transactions in real-time. Disputify leverages a network of data points to calculate the probability of any given transaction resulting in a fraudulent chargeback.
Dispute scores are added to each of your transactions allowing you to view your customers fraud history before dispatching orders, essentially creating a virtual “blocklist” of high risk customers.
Install and Set up the Disputify Add-on
To set up the Disputify add-on in your Neto webstore:
- In your Neto control panel click on the Addons menu.
- Find the Disputify add-on and click the Install button.
The Disputify add-on will be installed in your control panel.
- In the pop-up window, click the Configure Disputify button.
- Follow the steps on the Disputify help site to configure your Disputify connection.
