The Maropost add-on for Neto links your webstore to the Maropost commerce ecosystem, providing tools to expand marketing operations, optimise customer support enquiries, and much more. Once connected, you can manage Maropost products, such as Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, from your Neto control panel.

Install the Maropost Add-on
To access additional Maropost products in Neto, you'll first need to link your Neto account to your Maropost account through the main Maropost add-on.
1. In your Neto control panel, navigate to the Addons page.
2. Under the Maropost section, locate the Maropost add-on and click Install.
3. In the pop-up window that appears, confirm by clicking Install.
4. Click on the Configure Maropost button.
5. You will then be prompted to sign in using Maropost Identity or redirected to link an existing account. After this step, the Maropost add-on gets installed on your Neto account.
Install Additional Maropost Products
With Neto and Maropost now connected, a range of additional Maropost products will become available to install directly within Neto.
Follow the steps shown below to set up a new Maropost product:
1. In your Neto control panel, navigate to the Addons page.
2. Under the Maropost section, find the product you wish to add, and click Install.
3. In the pop-up window that appears, enter any required information if prompted, then click Install.
4. Click on the Configure button to link the add-on to your Neto account.
Repeat these steps for each additional Maropost product you wish to add.
Set up a Maropost Product
Once installed, any connected Maropost product can be accessed directly from your Neto control panel. Head to the Addons page, locate the Maropost product you want to use, and configure it.
This will bring you to the Maropost dashboard for that product, where you can complete any remaining setup steps. Further guidance for each product is available below.

Review Your Maropost Account Details and Usage
Your Maropost account and billing information can be managed through the Maropost dashboard. From the Addons page in your Neto control panel, click Configure on any Maropost product. Once in the dashboard, click your username in the top-right corner and select Account & Billing from the drop-down menu.
The Usage section on the Account & Billing page provides a visual overview of your current usage metrics, with the option to filter data by month or year.
