Reporting the performance of your sales channels helps you determine which are performing well and if any need additional attention. To create a report on sales channels in Glew Analytics:

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Analytics Studio.

Click on your Maropost Commerce store from the list.

Navigate to the Reports > My Reports page.

Click the Create a Report button.

Enter a report Title.

Enter a report Description.

Click the Save Report button.

Click the Add Metrics button.

Select values to report on from the Add Metrics menu (e.g. ‘Highlights’).

Click the up/down arrow button
to select a metric. Each metric must be added a number of times, equal to the number of sales channels you will include in the report.
Please Note: To view a total of all sales channels, add an additional metric amount greater than your total number of sales channels (e.g. if you have five sales channels, add six to see the total).

Click the Add Metrics to Report button once completed.
The report will create and display.
Filter by Sales Channel
To add a filter to get a breakdown of each sales channel:

Click the More Options button on the right hand side and select ‘Apply Filters’.

Select an option from the Select a filter dropdown and add any filter options (e.g. ‘Day of Week’,’is’,’Monday’).
Click the Add filter button to add an additional filter.

Click the Save button. The metric will now show data specific to that sales channel/order source.
Repeat these steps for each of the metrics to filter by a different sales channel.
